What is Growth Marketing?

Growth Marketing or Inbound Marketing as it is also referred to is the strategy of combining many forms of marketing together. Take content, usually blogging but in its many forms, email, social media, search engine optimisation, buyer personas, landing pages, paid search (Google AdWords and Facebook ads), ebooks and use them to bring visitors or prospects to your website or landing pages


Growth marketing is implemented using a marketing automation platform. We are specialists in using Hubspot, Drift Marketing, Infusionsoft, Marketo and CRM such as Hubspot, Salesforce and many others.

How long does it take to implement?

Implementation times differ depending on where you are with your current marketing activities. We would need to first analyse your current position, establish who your personas are and then devise a go-to market strategy.


Included in this is a website audit which is imperative as this is where we want to drive the traffic and increase the opportunity to convert customers into revenue.

When will I see results?

It’s likely that results will start to improve from the first month and grow from there. We always recommend some outbound activity to support the inbound activity such as a Linkedin outreach package or/and paid search such as Google AdWords or Facebook ads.


Most see results really take hold months 4-6 as we have had enough time to build a complete data picture and make the incremental changes to optimise your campaigns on a continual basis.

Do you offer set packages?

We do offer set packages, our offering now covers small businesses as well as our traditional clients. Each package is from the set monthly figure and can be adjusted by adding further outputs on an as and when basis.

What are chatbots?

The chatbot solution that we offer is specifically designed for B2b and B2c use. It works just as well for small businesses as it does for larger enterprise companies. The chatbot works best with Salesforce CRM users but syncs with most CRM’s through Zapier. However, the solution is far more than a chatbot solution and offers live chat, complex routing for sales teams and complete customisation.


We offer a combination of customised chat tree conversations with a mix of artificial intelligence (AI) and keyword combinations.


This tool is designed to support sales, marketing and customer service and increase sales lead qualifications.

How does it work?

By creating Buyer Personas, we can help your business understand the customer you should be targeting. This is not a profile, it requires a semblance of understanding the psychology of your customers’ emotional buying triggers.


Once we understand this, we can help you implement strategically designed conversations onto your website and landing pages. The ambition of your chatbot is to identify your prospects need, qualify how you can help them and then get them talking to a salesperson.


By syncing with your CRM it will recognise your repeat customers by name* and your sales team can stay constantly connected via the mobile app and web browser. However, these are not essential for use as the bots are synced to email inboxes and calendars for full automation.

Do you have case studies or examples?

Sure we have a number of examples of chatbots being used in Real Estate, Finance and Technology. Because of our clientele, we are looking for some large professional services companies to work with. Multi-partner companies work well.


How long does it take to get my chatbot integrated into my company?

We can have your first chatbot up and running in a few days. But as we work with you to get your strategy further customised, the individual conversations will take a little longer to implement.

How long have you been creating websites?

We have been creating websites for clients since 2007. We have a very in-depth process to design websites and work to integrate the marketing and sales functions needed. This ensures that websites are well designed as well as functional as they are focused on user experience.

What platforms have you created websites on?

This strategy is for serious business development goals. We offer a Growth Driven Design service, where websites are developed and iterated over a 12 month period.


We mainly use HubSpot CMS for larger corporates and WordPress to keep the pricing competitive for smaller companies. Both make it easy to manage and grow the website. When creating e-commerce websites we use WooCommerce or Shopify.


Our expertise in other technologies is also there, using python, ruby, javascript, IOS, Android and many other programming languages.

How do they work?

Most of our projects are built to self manage. That means we provide the website and a user manual or training sessions if required. You can purchase a training session at the lower end of the price point and we build this in at the upper end of the scale. There is an option for subscription training videos which we can install in your website admin panel.


There are projects we manage, we optimise continually and monitor for how your customers are using the site. Where they click, how far down pages they scroll, how long they are on your pages for. However, this again is either built into a package or added by subscription.

How much do they cost?

Each project is priced on the time it takes to build, how much design and functionality is required and if there are additional requirements. We offer the traditional design, build, deliver process but often suggest the Growth-Driven Design Model. 


This model combines, hosting, optimisation*, unlimited content updates and changes and technical support. There are two options on with optimisation and one without. The model requires a cost which is then divided into the deposit and 12 monthly payments.


E-commerce websites will typically be more expensive as there will be a price to build it and a price to upload products separately. Hosting for these projects is also a little more expensive due to the use of resources.


Typical pricing is between £4000 and £25,000 although we have built products up to £60,000.


Can I sell products on my website and what are the costs?

Yes, you can sell products on a website. E-commerce costs typically are more expensive than brochure websites that you see more regularly. The cost also depends on the platform that you choose to build on.


The more cost-effective websites are built on platforms that use plugins and these are free and premium adding to the costs. Also, certain functionality is also purchased.


We will cost your project according to your requirements, but note that e-commerce stores require a lot of money spent driving traffic to them. You must budget that into your overall costings to succeed.

Who will see my website?

Well, this is the best question, my favourite. Nobody will see your website if you don’t create traffic for it. That means writing blog content, using social media, PPC – Google AdWords or Facebook ads. You don’t just get traffic unless you are a superstar of course or otherwise famous.


Bias offers a range of support services like inbound marketing, Facebook ads, Google AdWords and social media to drive traffic to your website, just ask a consultant.

Do you provide an SSL certificate?

We provide an SSL certificate for all of our hosted websites for free. Those that host their own projects can purchase these from a third party.

Have you got examples of your work?

Of course, we have! Talk to one of our consultants and we can take you through a few projects, although some of our work is available on the web design page.


We are conversion rate optimisation experts, which means those who really want success from their online activities, pay monthly to optimise the website based on the data collected. This maximises the opportunity for revenue increases month on month.

Can I host my website with you and do you provide email addresses?

We definitely provide hosting services for our clients. This service offers email inclusively but we prefer to use a third party like Gmail for business ourselves. We charge a standard fee for setting up each email address as it can be done manually.


Our hosting is provided through our sister company which is a cybersecurity company. You will always get direct, real-time support on your own working hours.

How safe is my data?

As a certified GDPR compliant consultancy, we only keep the data about you on file that GDPR allows. We follow that law strictly.


When constructing your website we may use third-party plugins to collect and store the data of your customers and prospects. A CRM or landing page form for example.


Make sure you have a complaint GDPR statement that states what technology you use and what each store on your website terms and conditions and privacy statement.


Ultimately, the responsibility is on you to store and protect your customer’s data properly, we will advise but you should always check.
